AGREEMENTS WITH PROJECT COMPANIES

A project funding procurement process involves cooperation with domestic/foreign bankers and attorneys on regulatory, legal, bond issuance, insurance, capital lending, asset monetization, contract preparation, arbitration or litigation matters.
